The space is unique but welcoming, with beautiful evening light and an authentic city feel. The downtown train as well as West University traffic can be heard from inside the room as the west windows face the road. But, the room itself is warm and bright with wifi and close access to anything you could possibly need. It offers a good work atmosphere as well as a convenient respite for college visits or work related trips. Please do not put anything down the drains, including food, or any sanitary products down the toilet. Only flush toilet paper thank you! Please be aware that regular maintenance and landscaping activities are conducted at this property during the week. Our team takes great care to ensure the property remains in top condition for your stay. During your visit, you may encounter one of our maintenance staff performing tasks such as taking out the trash bins, landscape maintenance, or general upkeep outside. We strive to minimize any disruption and appreciate your understanding as we work to keep the property beautiful and fully functional.
