During your visit, you may encounter one of our maintenance staff performing tasks such as weekly pool maintenance, taking out the trash bins, landscape maintenance, or general upkeep outside. We strive to minimize any disruption and appreciate your understanding as we work to keep the property beautiful and fully functional. Please note you might notice occasional noise from the neighborhood or nearby roads. Guests may not set the A/C lower than 69°F. Due to the extreme Arizona heat, lowering the temperature beyond this point is not feasible and can cause the system to freeze or stop working properly. Keeping the thermostat at 69°F or higher helps ensure the A/C operates efficiently and keeps the home comfortable throughout your stay.
