Please be aware that regular maintenance and landscaping activities are conducted at this property during the week. Our team takes great care to ensure the property remains in top condition for your stay. During your visit, you may encounter one of our maintenance staff performing tasks such as weekly pool maintenance, taking out the trash bins, landscape maintenance, or general upkeep outside. We strive to minimize any disruption and appreciate your understanding as we work to keep the property beautiful and fully functional. Please note you might notice occasional noise from the neighborhood or nearby roads. Dishwasher is not available. Please note that the thermostat cannot go below 74° in temperature. We have energy efficient blackout curtains in the home to help with the AZ temperatures in this home. Please keep the curtains closed to help keep the house cooler. Please note that only toilet paper should be flushed. Do not flush tampons, wipes, paper towels, feminine products, or anything else that does not belong in the toilet, as this can cause plumbing issues. Thank you for your cooperation! Please note the fire pit in the backyard is not available for guest use. Guests are only allowed to park on the paved driveway and street. Max 3 cars at this unit.
