Our home is located at the top of a hill making the driveway a bit long and steep but offers amazing views and privacy. A typical vehicles will easily climb the driveway, please just go slow. Motorhomes, large delivery trucks, U haul trucks or semi trucks are not allowed. Please no street parking. Our home is located on a natural wild life preserve so there are a number of wild animals that roam around the property including javelinas, deer, snakes and frogs. Some may be dangerous. Please be mindful of your surroundings. Please be aware that regular maintenance and landscaping activities are conducted at this property during the week. Our team takes great care to ensure the property remains in top condition for your stay. During your visit, you may encounter one of our maintenance staff performing tasks such as weekly pool maintenance, taking out the trash bins, landscape maintenance, or general upkeep outside. We strive to minimize any disruption and appreciate your understanding as we work to keep the property beautiful and fully functional. Please note the indoor bathtub jacuzzi and outdoor hot tub are not available for use. Please note you might notice occasional noise from the neighborhood or nearby roads. Guests may not set the A/C lower than 69°F. Due to the extreme Arizona heat, lowering the temperature beyond this point is not feasible and can cause the system to freeze or stop working properly. Keeping the thermostat at 69°F or higher helps ensure the A/C operates efficiently and keeps the home comfortable throughout your stay.
