We loved staying in Ramon's place for a month. It was our first time staying in Tucscon for longer than a few days and found his place to be just what we needed. The location was excellent, especially since the Pennington Street Garage, that offers monthly parking passes at a great value, was just around the corner. And the restaurants within a few blocks, and easy access to 4th Avenue and all the fun that's there, is very accessible. The home was well stocked for a comfortable stay: the kitchen is well-stocked and pleasant to cook in; the couch in the living space is comfortable to sit in; and the bed was nice. Ramon was a very responsive host and his management team very proactive. Renee, his assistant, was very nice and knowledgeable. We would definitely recommend.

We had a great stay overall. The location is excellent—very close to many restaurants and easy to get around. We stayed for four nights, and most evenings were quiet, though there was some noise at night from music and footsteps from the apartment above. Ramon thoughtfully provided earplugs, which helped a lot. There is no free parking, but metered street parking is available for $1 per hour with a two-hour maximum. There’s also a parking ramp behind the building; it’s not directly connected, so you do need to walk around the block. Aside from that, everything was wonderful. While the apartment doesn’t have extras you wouldn’t use, it has everything you need if you plan to cook. You can really tell Ramon takes great care of the place. We would definitely stay here again.

Definitely a home away from home for the 3 months I stayed here!! Parking was available a short walking distance from the apartment. Public transportation available right across the main entrance. Close proximity to downtown and restaurants. Apartment was clean and quiet, washer and dryer in the unit was a plus. Very responsive and receptive to requests or concerns. Highly recommend to anyone working in the area and will definitely check for availability if I take another contract in Tucson!! 😃
