The large eat-in kitchen with beautiful granite countertops opens to the great room with 55” smart tv & den. Kitchen also includes an Aqualiv R/O Ionizing water filter system for Alkaline drinking water. The large owner's suite has a beautiful bay window and views of Pusch Ridge, dual vanity in the bathroom and glass-enclosed walk-in shower. The owners suite comes equipped with a 55” Smart TV and guest bedroom includes a 45” smart tv. Indulge in the beauty of the Santa Catalinas from the covered patio or extended concrete pad with fire pit placed perfectly to enjoy the mountain views, starry night skies & sounds of Oro Valley wildlife.

Neighborhood park boasts a basketball court, ramada with bbq grills, horseshoe pits, playground and baseball diamond. Convenient to shopping, dining, golf, Top Golf, hiking trails, the Loop & many entertainment options. Please be aware that regular maintenance and landscaping activities are conducted at this property during the week. Our team takes great care to ensure the property remains in top condition for your stay. During your visit, you may encounter one of our maintenance staff performing tasks such as weekly pool maintenance, taking out the trash bins, landscape maintenance, or general upkeep outside. We strive to minimize any disruption and appreciate your understanding as we work to keep the property beautiful and fully functional. Please also note that our HOA does not allow commercially marked vehicles to park outside of the garage. All vehicles which display any commercial name, phone number, or message of any kind must be parked inside the garage at all times. If the vehicle does not fit in the garage, it cannot be parked anywhere on the property, including the driveway. Please note you might notice occasional noise from the neighborhood or nearby roads. Guests may not set the A/C lower than 69°F. Due to the extreme Arizona heat, lowering the temperature beyond this point is not feasible and can cause the system to freeze or stop working properly. Keeping the thermostat at 69°F or higher helps ensure the A/C operates efficiently and keeps the home comfortable throughout your stay. Please note that only toilet paper should be flushed. Do not flush tampons, wipes, paper towels, feminine products, or anything else that does not belong in the toilet, as this can cause plumbing issues. Thank you for your cooperation!
