You'll also find another spacious bedroom and a unique bathroom setup with a sink and toilet on one side and a shower and sink on the other, each with its own door for added privacy. Additionally, there is an extra toilet and sink on this floor. The layout is ideal for slightly larger groups, offering a closed area concept that ensures privacy. The upstairs bathroom situation is truly unique – nothing like it! The loft is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, high-speed WiFi, and two spacious bedrooms, making it perfect for both work and leisure. The space is unique but welcoming, with beautiful evening light and an authentic city feel. The downtown train as well as West University traffic can be heard from inside the room as the west windows face the road. But, the room itself is warm and bright with wifi and close access to anything you could possibly need. It offers a good work atmosphere as well as a convenient respite for college visits or work related trips. Please do not put anything down the drains, including food, or any sanitary products down the toilet. Only flush toilet paper thank you! Please be aware that regular maintenance and landscaping activities are conducted at this property during the week. Our team takes great care to ensure the property remains in top condition for your stay. During your visit, you may encounter one of our maintenance staff performing tasks such as weekly pool maintenance, taking out the trash bins, landscape maintenance, or general upkeep outside. We strive to minimize any disruption and appreciate your understanding as we work to keep the property beautiful and fully functional.

The entrance to the home is located on the main south sidewalk of E University Blvd. You will see a small number 10 on the right of the door. Please note that there is a door near the washing machine that leads downstairs to a basement. This door is to remain locked, and guests will not have access to this area.
